Training Log Jan 14-20, 2019.
This was taper into 50 miler week!! 67.1 miles.
Monday – 6.2mi @ 9:14. Nice and easy. Left hamstring super sore, but loosened up.
Tuesday – 7.0mi @ 9:32. Mostly easy thru the trails. Hamstring much better. Stability/yoga session.
Wednesday – REST DAY!!
Thursday – 2.2mi @ 9:47. Super easy treadmill miles. Legs good.
Friday – REST DAY!!
Saturday – 4.4mi @ 8:35. Bear Bait 50 miler. Race recap already posted!!
Sunday – RECOVERY DAY!! Walked a couple of miles to loosen up a bit.
