Before we start our coach-athlete relationship, I'll ask a number of questions to get to know you as an athlete.
With an understanding of you as an athlete and your goals, I will provide your unique training program.
Routine check-ins will allow us to modify your training based on your body's responses and your life outside of running.
My philosophy: I firmly believe training, and therefore, coaching, should be designed for each individual. We all have different goals. Different bodies. Different minds. Different lives. I'm convinced that to get the best of out of your training, it needs to be designed for you. Maximize your strengths. Improve your weaknesses. To achieve YOUR goals!!
My approach: As a scientist by day, I believe in a science-based approach to training. I take the knowledge I've gained over the years of studying endurance science and combine that with my experience as an athlete. I use these together to develop a training plan for each athlete, as an individual.
